No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, as the conditions of Article 37 GDPR are not met.

2. What data we process and why

This site is an informational showcase: there are no forms, registrations or private areas.

• Technical browsing data. The server hosting this site automatically records technical data (IP address, browser, operating system, requested page, date and time) to keep the site running and secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Logs are kept only as long as strictly necessary for these purposes.
• Visit statistics (Umami). To know how many people visit the site and which pages they read we use Umami, an analytics service that uses no cookies, does not store IP addresses and cannot identify individual visitors or track them across other sites. It only collects aggregate data (pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, country). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Data you send us. If you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or Telegram we process the data you provide (name, contact details, vehicle information) only to reply and to handle your quote or repair request. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

3. Who receives the data

Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It may be received by:

• the website hosting provider, acting as data processor (Art. 28 GDPR);
• Umami Software, Inc., provider of the analytics service, acting as data processor; data is stored in the European region of the service (Umami Cloud EU);
• competent authorities, where required by law.

4. External services linked from the site

The map in the "Find us" section is an image hosted on our server (data © OpenStreetMap contributors): visiting the site does not contact Google. Only if you click a link to Google Maps, Google reviews, WhatsApp or Telegram are you taken to that provider's site, which processes data under its own privacy policy.

5. Cookie

This site uses no profiling or analytics cookies, first- or third-party. For this reason no banner is shown and no consent is required (Italian Data Protection Authority cookie guidelines, 10 June 2021).

The only information stored in your browser is a temporary technical value (sessionStorage) used by the language-switch animation; it is deleted when you close the tab and contains no personal data.

6. Profiling and automated decisions

The site performs no profiling and no decisions based solely on automated processing (Art. 22 GDPR).

7. Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@dallarosa.it.
